I have seen a lot of quilts but thats got to me my favorite! :D
Can a fairly new quilter do circles?
I only know how to stitch in the ditch?

If you need a quilt idea ever, I saw one at my dentsist office in a magazine.
Its white cotton, then circles going around cirlces made of bias tape.
If I can find the article, I will post the magazine and month.

Like Michele, I can only stitch in the ditch. I would love to know how to do something else like the circles!! I love it!

Hey! I kept hitting my back button without noticing that every time I did I was repeating my comments.

Oh, heck, it's kind of funny. As if I got carried away with all the flattery and hailing and such.

(I guess Susan liked it, eh? lol)

Holy schmoly is right! I love it. Are they pieced or appliqued? Regardless, they're so so cool. I love the dense quilting.

IT is gorgeous and the circles are different and fun and funky. I like the randomness of the green strips. I wish it was my quilt but how could it be since I wasn't in the swap and I've never made a doll quilt in my life? I can't recall--did you hand sew the binding?

michele

Found the article/quilt I mentioned.
It's May 2007 redbook, page 44.
I dont think the quilt is handmade though???
I'm going to try it with Heather Baily Fabric :D
