I'm late on this, but I did take it on Tuesday of this week.
I was trying to show the cold sore that is squatting on my bottom lip, but I couldn't get a clear shot of it. You can see it if you look to the left of my stubby finger. Also, you can see a the freckle on my top lip. Many a time I've had people tell me about the "brownie" or the "something" that is on my lip. Nope, it is a freckle. I have small lips. In my next life, I would really appreciate more lip.
Kallie had her surgery today. I was concerned because the vet called to tell me that he could locate only 3 of the 4 confirmed tumors. He said if he was unable to find the fourth, he would just take off the three for now. This worried me because how could we relax knowing that we left a tumor on her? How? Luckily, he called back later to say that they found the missing tumor, plus an extra. Poor girl. I really wish they had given her some pain pills because she can't relax enough to lay down to sleep! The last time she had surgery, they had her drugged so high that she could barely walk! And she had little control over her bladder. I didn't complain, but I did express concern over how looped up she was and asked if that was normal. Here she had five tumors removed and she is not on any pail killers. I expected them to have to carry her out to the car again tonight, but she was alert and walking just fine.
I'm hoping she passes out soon.
