I love being around my girl. And I have this thing in my head that I'm the only one who knows how to properly take care of her. Which makes it hard for me to leave Z's side. When I do leave her I worry about her. Yet, I really need some time to myself. Time to get my sick ass toes pedicured. Time to devote to sitting in a movie theatre. Yes, I will worry about Z the entire time and I will miss her like crazy, but I need to do something on my own.
So today is that day!! Today, I'm going to have my ugly toes prettified and I'm going to walk around the mall until it is time for my movie. And I'm going to feel guilty and I'm going to think that I'm the only one that knows how to give Z her bottle and how to hold her, that is a given, but lordy be do I need this mini vacation. Three hours is a vacation? Uhhh, yeah, it is.
I'm watching Lola and Z play together and it is pretty funny. Lola is doing that thing that dogs do where they stick their butt up in the air and then she runs away from Z and then runs back to her doing her doggy dance. Z laughs and laughs. Oh, and Lola likes to check on Z in the morning. I hear it on the baby monitor. Lola walks in to the nursery and then five minutes later I hear her walk out. It is pretty cute. Well, cute as long as she doesn't wake Z up, because then it just pisses me off.
Hee! Lola sounds cute. My Ruby boy woke my Miss T up this morning by licking her face until she opened her eyes. She is always happy when she wakes up. Mom and dad, well, not so pleasant at 6 am on a Sunday morning. It's hard to be cranky when I look over and see my best girl and my best puppy snuggling and giggling though. Ya can't beat a cute baby and a cutr dog combo huh? It sounds like Lola is a great watchdog just checking up on her girl. That's sweet.
