The contractor's dog.  Her name is Molly and she is an awesome dog.  She was funny about the camera though.  It made her nervous and she didn't want to look at it.  Just like Kallie.

So busy.  I'm just as busy, if not more busy than I was before we moved.  Just so busy.  And really, I've not been here that often!  I'd like one day to be hom soon.  It will happen soon, I'm sure.

Home Sweet Home

We are in our new house!  And I have my computer back!  Not that I've had much time to use it, but still, just knowing that it is hooked up again makes me feel better.  Now to upload all of the shitteous pictures I snapped during the move.  Heh.  Look away!  Seriously, you'll want to look away.  I should be back to posting again tomorrow!

For now, here is a photograph of the new house. 

 

We are so happy to be here.  Now to get used to finding our way around.  We're in the same city, but we went from the north to the south and it is like moving to a new world.  I'm so lost!

We're in the midst of trying to sell our house (today is the first day we've had people in to see it) and getting ready to close on our new house (this Tuesday!!!), so I've not had enough time to post any of my 365 pics.  Plus, we had to pack up my computer so that has not helped anything!  But, I will be back soon!  I'm officially excited about the new house!

We supposedly close on the house one week from tomorrow.  I can't wait until I can say the same thing about this house.  I'm really nervous about selling this house.  Ray and I like to say to eachother, "Who the hell is going to want this house?"  It is a nice house, but we are ready to go. 

The new house is a good distance from this house.  Which means it is a good distance from Zorba's preschool.  I do not want to pull her out of her preschool.  She is comfortable there and it is a good school.  So I'm thinking that I'm going to suck it up and drive her up this way three days a week.  We'll see how that goes.
